Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a specialized scientific field or engineering plus 3 years in discipline; or 5 years related work experience
• Experience with Behavioral Based Safety or similar worker-led safety observation programs
• Strong training delivery, reporting, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Craft Based Leadership (CBL) program implementation across the project.
• Attend safety orientation for new hires and project teams.
• Prepare EHS reports and technical safety studies.
• Maintain training calendar and document retention per corporate requirements.
• Chairs weekly CBL steering committee and coordinates with Industrial Relations.
