Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulatory standards and compliance.
• Experience managing EHS programs and plant-wide compliance.
• Ability to interact with regulatory agencies, leadership, and employees at all levels.
• Experience managing EHS and security budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide EHS & Security programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership to management on EHS matters.
• Deliver EHS training programs.
• Audit EHS programs and drive corrective actions.
• Evaluate new equipment and processes for EHS compliance.
• Coordinate emergency response.
• Manage EHS and security budgets.
• Supervise a team of 11 employees.
