Job summary

Abbott in Sturgis, Michigan is seeking a Manager, Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) to lead site-wide programs that protect people, property, and the environment. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk reduction, and oversee training, audits, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS laws and regulations.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and maintain relationships.
• Provide leadership to management and staff on EHS matters.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
