Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking an EHS&S Manager in Sacramento to lead the environmental, health, safety, and security programs. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with facility leadership to mitigate risks and foster a safety‑first culture across operations.

The role requires a strong background in OSHA/EPA regulations, incident investigations, and JHA development, with a focus on training and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local regulations.
• Experience implementing safety programs in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS&S programs and improvements.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance and reporting.
• Develop and deliver EHS training.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
