Job summary

The role includes developing training, conducting audits, coordinating with local fire departments and agencies, and driving incident investigations while maintaining records in QT9 and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related EHS field.
• 5+ years in health, safety, environmental compliance and security.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, 1904 and 1926.
• Experience with EHS management systems and LMS.
• Familiarity with DOT HAZMAT regulations.
• Experience with SharePoint for documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS guidance to all CMC locations, focusing IL areas.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings and Gemba walks.
• Oversee hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste management.
• Develop and update training modules; maintain training records (QT9).
• Coordinate emergency response and drills; liaise with local agencies.
• Prepare reports and incident logs; conduct investigations.
