Job summary

LHH in Northern California seeks an experienced Safety, EHS, and Security leader to champion a culture where prevention is first. This on-site role will drive safety and security programs across multiple sites, shaping policy and practice in Woodland, CA, and neighboring locations.

You will partner with operations and leadership to embed a proactive safety culture, ensure OSHA compliance, oversee investigations, training, and emergency preparedness, delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety, EHS, security, or risk management programs.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive accountability across teams.
• Ability to balance compliance with practical business solutions.
• Hands-on leadership with visible impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and security initiatives across multiple locations.
