Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a 2027 Intern - EHS&S at our Madison, WI site. This 12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs at a GMP biomanufacturing facility.

You will support inspections, audits, risk assessments, and documentation while gaining exposure to regulatory requirements and continuous improvement activities. This paid internship develops practical EHS&S skills in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Public Health, Security, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period over the summer.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS&S programs through inspections, audits, field observations, and environmental compliance activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report safety, environmental, sustainability, and corrective action metrics.
• Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain EHS&S documentation, training materials, and audit-ready records.
