Job summary
A. O. Smith Corporation is looking for an Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Engineer in Johnson City, TN. This position involves managing the EHSS budget, representing the facility on the Global EHSS Council, and developing safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety, with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing EHS management experience or over 8 years without a degree, alongside knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.

- 5+ years of manufacturing EHS management experience with degree.
- 8+ years of manufacturing EHS management experience with no degree.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations including US EPA, TDEC, DOT, TOSHA.

- Develop, implement and monitor safety initiatives.
