Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking an EHS professional to develop and implement environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing and distribution operations.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT regulations, incident investigations, and training delivery. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of EHS experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Experience with Cal/OSHA regulations and compliance programs.
• Experience with SDS programs, OSHA compliance activities, and hazardous materials regulations.
• DOT hazardous materials shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct routine onsite inspections of warehouse operations to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses; recommend corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
