Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to develop, implement, and maintain policies and programs across warehousing and manufacturing operations in Kentucky.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, incident investigations, training, and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include routine site inspections, hazard identification, DOT and hazmat shipping support, SDS management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous safety improvements

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS programs and policies across warehousing/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT/hazmat shipping regulations.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct routine onsite inspections of manufacturing and distribution warehouse operations.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions; verify effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory responses and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, IATA, IMO and EPA requirements.
