Job summary

CelLink Corporation seeks an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all EHS programs at the Texas production facility. You will collaborate with the California-based EHS Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and advance safety culture across sites.

You will drive risk mitigation, lead audits, manage permits, and deliver training to employees, contractors, and visitors, while aligning EHS initiatives with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in environmental sciences, occupational safety and health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001; Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, and DOT regulations.
• Spanish language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continually improve EHS programs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, DOT, and other regulations.
• Lead the site Safety Committee and deliver EHS training.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations and HQ to align EHS strategies.
