Job summary

CelLink Corp. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of all EHS programs at the Texas facility, coordinating with the California EHS officer. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and safety culture across operations and engineering groups.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, ISO standards, and experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Occasional travel and cross-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, OSHA-30, HAZWOPER are desirable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in comparable positions; manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continually improve EHS programs and documentation.
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, DOT and other regulations compliance.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; enforce corrective actions.
  • Lead hazardous materials handling, reporting, and BCP updates; manage permits and ISO compliance.
