Job summary

Medtronic MiniMed, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across California operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, and R&D to embed EHS into daily work and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA, EPA, and environmental permits, plus experience with EHS software (Gensuite/VelocityEHS/Enablon). A CSP and manufacturing background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant EHS experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• CSP certification preferred; strong regulatory knowledge and manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs to ensure Cal/OSHA, EPA, AQMD, DTSC, CUPA compliance.
• Develop and improve safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, and R&D to integrate EHS into daily operations.
• Drive proactive safety initiatives; hazard recognition and risk reduction.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions; manage EHS metrics and reports.
• Lead environmental compliance, audits, and regulatory inspections; manage EHS systems.
