ICU Medical in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to create, coordinate and implement comprehensive EHS programs at the manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA and other regulations while driving continuous improvement across safety, health and environmental initiatives.

This onsite role requires strong training, incident investigation, audits and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or related discipline.
• 6 years of experience in safety and environmental roles in manufacturing.
• Preferred EHS certifications (CIH/ASP/CSP/CHMM) and OSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Review and implement corporate and regulatory safety, fire safety, environmental and industrial hygiene programs.
• Audit site programs for compliance and close audit findings.
• Conduct EHS evaluations for new projects and equipment.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver safety training such as LOTO, confined space, electrical and machine guarding.
• Manage IH monitoring, noise, air, and RF programs.
