Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required (equivalent certifications considered).
• 10+ years of experience in occupational health and safety management, construction safety, environmental services, disaster response, or related industries.
• OSHA 30 Certification and OSHA 500/510 certifications.
• HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification.
• EM-385-1-1 Certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, implement, and maintain company-wide health and safety programs and policies.
• Supervise Safety Supervisors and safety personnel.
• Assess workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare accident reports per OSHA, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs; monitor program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to integrate safety into daily work.
