Job summary

CVS Health Omnicare is seeking an experienced EHS professional to support regulatory compliance, waste management, and environmental programs across facilities nationwide during a period of growth and transformation.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, incident investigations, CAPAs, training delivery, and coordination of environmental reporting, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid schedule at the Glasgow, KY office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting.
• Oversee hazardous waste and pharmaceutical waste programs; coordinate waste vendor activities.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments; lead investigations and CAPAs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training; support operations and leadership teams.
