Job summary
CVS Health, in a hybrid role based out of the Glasgow, KY area, is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee regulatory compliance, hazardous waste, and safety programs across facilities. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and applicable state and local regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to operations.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs and guidance to operations and leadership.
- Lead safety audits, investigations (incidents, injuries, near misses, spills) and CAPAs.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and business continuity activities.
