Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare division seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to lead regulatory compliance, waste management and environmental reporting across facilities. You will conduct safety audits, investigations of incidents and near misses, manage CAPAs, and support training programs to build a proactive safety culture.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires up to 25% travel within the continental US, with a hybrid schedule out of the Glasgow, KY

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: ensure OSHA, EPA and other regs are followed at all facilities.
• Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management: oversee hazardous waste programs and vendor coordination.
• Environmental Programs: manage spill prevention, emergency response, and reporting.
• Safety & Risk Management: conduct safety inspections, incident investigations and CAPAs.
• Training & Employee Engagement: develop and deliver EHS training and provide guidance.
• Emergency Preparedness: maintain response and business continuity plans.
