Nscale is seeking an experienced Programmatic EHS Manager to design, implement, and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety program for Low Voltage across multiple sites. You will own standards for high-risk activities and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and owner rules, while aligning safety with project schedules.

Lead training, onboarding, and contractor safety programs; build a culture of near-miss reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience, incl. 3+ years in construction or data center environments.
• Experience creating and managing a multi-site EHS program.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and NFPA 70E.
• Hands-on permit-required confined space program experience.
• Experience coordinating with general contractor and owner safety programs.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to field crews.
• Excellent communication with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the EHS program for low-voltage work across sites and regions.
• Develop and deliver low-voltage safety training for employees and contractors.
• Oversee contractor safety prequalification, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate site safety integration with general contractors and owners.
• Lead site safety inspections, incident investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Track metrics and report EHS performance to leadership.
