Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks an EHS Manager in Projects (EHS MiP) to drive the Zero Harm Framework across HVDC and FACTS projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements while proactively managing hazards and risks.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Installation & Commissioning to develop health, safety, and environmental plans, lead investigations, and share lessons learned to improve performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in occupational safety and/or environmental management.
• Experience leading or supporting project-specific EHS plans and environments.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations and environmental laws.

Responsibilities

• Establish EHS framework and project-specific management systems.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental plans for projects.
• Drive safe-by-design and safe-by-planning across lifecycle.
• Lead or support incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Report EHS KPIs and drive continuous improvement across projects and sites.
• Travel to project sites 25–30% for safety walks, inspections, and audits.
