Job summary

System One seeks a Senior Coordinator, Environmental, Health & Safety for an onsite contract in Redmond, WA. You will support the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's or associate degree and at least three years of experience, OSHA training, and knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations. You'll collaborate across departments and conduct trainings, while performing inspections and guiding hazardous waste handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree is required
• Minimum 3 years experience
• OSHA training credentials required
• Experience in risk management, global EHS programs, laboratory safety, operations, construction safety
• Knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, State)

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintains safety equipment inventory and performs periodic safety inspections.
• Assist in hazardous waste management, including removal and consolidation.
• Conduct training in emergency response and hazardous material handling.
• Monitor regulatory environmental compliance and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Recommend corrective actions where EHS hazards exist.
• Support workers' compensation administration and ergonomics programs.
