You will mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. The successful candidate will lead audits, investigation of incidents, and collaboration with contractors to uphold robust safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree preferred.
• 5+ years in an EHS leadership role in manufacturing.
• Safety certifications (ASP, CSP) or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site-wide EHS programs and teams.
• Cultivate a 'safety first' culture across all staff.
• Provide EHS advice, training, and technical support.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents/near-misses; perform root cause analysis.
• Oversee contractor safety programs and environmental permits.
