Job summary

WillScot is seeking a senior EHS leader to partner with division, region and branch teams to implement and continuously improve EHS and loss control processes, ensuring compliance with EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations. You will promote a culture of safety, lead investigations, and drive action plans across multi-state operations.

You will mentor and train staff, develop programs to meet annual goals, and deliver regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA 4-year degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional certification: ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM.
• Demonstrated safety leadership in previous positions with increasing responsibilities.
• 7-10 years of experience in the EHS field with at least 3 years in a management role.
• OSHA Authorized Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Be the EHS Champion and lead initiatives to enable EHS excellence.
• Assess compliance and behavior-based EHS practices across regions and branches.
• Investigate EHS concerns, develop corrective actions, and share findings with stakeholders.
• Design and implement EHS plans and procedures aligned with WS goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly EHS reports including root cause analyses and CAPA follow-ups.
• Promote Zero Harm culture through training and change management.
