Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EHS strategies with metrics, engagement initiatives and communication plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. and international operations and oversee reporting systems.
• Lead risk assessments, change management and business continuity planning.
• Manage audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement while maintaining ISO 14001.
• Mentor and lead EHS team members and partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations.

The Role

• Develop and execute EHS strategies, including performance metrics, engagement initiatives, and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations across U.S. and international operations, including oversight of reporting systems and standards.
• Lead risk assessments, change management efforts, and business continuity planning initiatives.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining environmental management systems (ISO 14001).
• Mentor and lead EHS team members while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field.
