Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across its manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with operations leadership to embed a proactive safety culture, drive risk reduction, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years of EHS leadership, a relevant bachelor's degree, and certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST, or CSHM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and implementing root cause corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of company-wide safety programs.
• Partner with operations to integrate safety into daily activities.
• Promote employee engagement in safety training and hazard awareness.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive incident reduction initiatives.
• Develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence and conduct risk assessments.
