Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of the Health & Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and a strong safety message across all levels of the organization.

The role focuses on driving on-the-job safety, implementing safety management tools, and coordinating with OSHA and other agencies. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of safety leadership are required, with 60% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership experience in health and safety.
• Knowledge of state and federal safety regulations (OSHA).
• Experience with management systems implementation preferred.
• Professional safety or risk management designation (e.g. ASP, CSP, ARM) preferred.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 60% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing the Health & Safety Plan and policies.
• Drive on-the-job safety and implement safety management tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Drive safety culture through hazard identification, training and auditing.
• Interact with governmental agencies, including OSHA.
• Create facility audit schedules and action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with field operations and leadership to sustain safety programs.
• Develop and implement security and safety coordination with stakeholders.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures.
