Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company in Springfield, MO is seeking an EHS Manager responsible for environment, health and safety programs across multiple sites. You will lead compliance, CAPA, and training to ensure zero incidents and full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing environmental permits, submitting reports, leading EHS system improvements, coordinating safety policies and employee training, and performing root-cause analysis. Travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three to five years' minimum related experience and/or training.
• Excellent Analytical and Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Multi-plant EHS, ISO,14001,45001 experience
• Beverage manufacturing industry experience
• Microsoft proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage and update environmental programs and permits for site regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit compliance reports to agencies.
• Lead development and improvement of EHS systems, policies, and procedures.
• Lead CAPA program to drive safety and environmental health improvements.
• Develop and implement safety policies in line with OSHA and DOT.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping and provide reports to agencies.
• Inspect facilities for compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO guidelines.
• Lead root cause analysis of accidents and develop reduction strategies.
• Coordinate worker safety training and emergency response planning.
• Travel between locations as required
