Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Belén, NM, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the plant. You will drive a zero-injury culture and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while partnering with operations to embed safety into daily work.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and certifications (ASP/CSP preferred). You will conduct audits, incident investigations, training, and manage environmental permits within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an EHS leadership role in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations
• Hold safety-related certifications (ASP, CSP, etc.) or eligible
• Familiar with environmental/safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18000, VPP)

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence EHS team members to develop, implement, and monitor safety and environmental programs
• Develop and improve plantwide EHS programs aligned with the organization’s system
• Promote a safety-first culture across site employees
• Provide EHS advice, training, and technical expertise to site teams
• Perform EHS internal audits and manage corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
