Job summary

Eaton Group in Puerto Rico seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs at the Arecibo site. You will direct EHS activities, set targets, report performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain ISO 14001 certifications while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Natural Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in EHS in distribution/manufacturing settings.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of OSHA/PROSHO, MESH, Benchmark, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Safety and security compliance.
• Develop a zero-incident safety culture at the site.
• Lead ISO 14001 EMS maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee investigations and root-cause analyses of incidents.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy EHS leadership and training programs.
