Job summary

MEI Rigging & Crating in Coppell, TX seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety programs across our Dallas regional operations. You will promote a culture of safety, design and implement EHS policies, and partner with health providers and insurers to support workers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field, 5+ years of EHS experience, and strong leadership with a focus on incident investigations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven EHS experience in heavy construction or similar.
• Three or more years in a leadership role developing safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, guidelines, and programs.
• Coordinate training including SiteSpecific, Protocol, and Forklift safety.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses with IRB and management.
• Manage site incident prevention program, permits, SDS, and related safety regs.
• Conduct site audits of equipment, materials, and work practices for compliance.
