Job summary

NREP in Missouri is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive a strong safety culture in a complex manufacturing environment. This role goes beyond compliance to influence operations and deliver continuous improvement across the site.

You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA and ISO standards, leverage EHS management systems and data analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate safety performance. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
5–10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
3–5 years of team leadership/management experience.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
Strong experience building and sustaining a positive safety culture.
Experience with EHS management systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
