Job summary

NREP in Missouri is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive a strong safety culture in a complex manufacturing environment. This role goes beyond compliance to influence operations and deliver continuous improvement across the site.

You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA and ISO standards, leverage EHS management systems and data analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate safety performance. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5–10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3–5 years of team leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience building and sustaining a positive safety culture.
• Experience with EHS management systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
