You will manage the site safety system, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in training, audits, and sustainability.The role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS, 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You will mentor teams, coordinate training, analyze KPIs, and support recycling initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership to mentor a diverse team while driving daily process improvements.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; effective communication.
Responsibilities
Maintain the plant safety system (Velocity) and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee safety, health and environmental programs including training, audits, and reporting.
Coordinate required training and maintain records for inspections and audits.
Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations to drive corrective actions.
Lead recycling programs and support sustainability initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory inspections and audits.
