Job summary

MCC in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the site’s safety program, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s in EHS, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and strong leadership with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. You will mentor staff, conduct audits, and implement risk-reduction initiatives that support safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage company safety system (Velocity) for the York plant.
• Ensure compliance with local and country environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate training for all plant employees on safety and environmental needs.
• Develop and sustain recycling and waste minimization programs.
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.
