Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the plant's safety and environmental program. You will manage the Velocity safety system, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices across the site.

You will coordinate training, certifications, reporting, and audits while mentoring a diverse team. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage multiple long- and short-term projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; good written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the plant safety system (Velocity).
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Oversee safety and sustainability programs including industrial hygiene and emergency management.
• Coordinate training, certifications, permitting, and reporting requirements.
• Track and report safety and sustainability KPIs; conduct incident investigations.
• Lead audits and inspections as required by regulations.
