Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation in Bowling Green, KY seeks an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs at the site. You will drive audits, incident investigations, training, and regulatory reporting to safeguard workforce and environment.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and cross‑functional collaboration; 3–5 years in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation compliance for job descriptions.
• Manage the plant safety system (Velocity) for the site.
• Lead regulatory assessments to maintain EH&S compliance.
• Oversee safety, ergonomics, emergency management, and environmental protection.
• Coordinate training, reporting, and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Prepare reports and track corrective actions.
• Lead recycling programs and ensure regulatory updates.
