Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an Environment Health and Safety Manager to drive safety excellence across our US operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead RAMS and audits, and foster a proactive safety culture with internal teams and clients.

You will develop procedures, deliver trainings, and manage records while liaising with stakeholders to maintain safe, reliable services. Travel across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Health & Safety or OSHA-recognized equivalent.
• Proven RAMS preparation and safety case experience.
• Strong liaison with customers during mobilization and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RAMS, site inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Investigate incidents with root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and update health & safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure compliance with US and international H&S regulations and codes of practice.
• Deliver safety training, safety talks, and inductions for staff and contractors.
• Lead safety meetings and reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate safety records and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and site teams to ensure safe systems of work.
