Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment Health and Safety Manager to lead HSE excellence across our US operations. You will drive RAMS development, risk assessments, and safety audits while collaborating with internal teams and clients to uphold safe, compliant, and reliable services.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, permit-to-work systems, training delivery, and maintaining rigorous safety records. A proactive safety culture and extensive US travel are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with RAMS preparation and implementation.
• Knowledge of US Health & Safety legislation.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel extensively across the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular RAMS, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
• Develop and update health and safety procedures, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure compliance with US and international H&S regulations and codes of practice.
• Deliver safety training programs, safety talks, and inductions for staff and contractors.
• Lead site safety meetings, audits, and reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, training logs, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain permits and licenses.
