Job summary

Cimolai-HY LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to develop and maintain safety and environmental programs across the plant. You will lead audits, investigations, and reporting to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in safety culture.

The role requires a strong background in OSHA/EPA regulations, hazard analyses, and excellent communication. Collaboration with employees and contractors is essential to sustain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety discipline; masters preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing safety management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Experience with hazard and risk analyses; incident investigations.
• Proven reporting capability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain safety and environmental programs.
• Lead internal plant audits and track corrective actions.
• Interact with employees, contractors, and visitors in the plant.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Communicate regulatory changes to management; prepare responses.
• Post safety bulletins and maintain safety records.
