The role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities in policy development, training, incident investigations, and continuous EHS improvements. The successful candidate will drive an incident-free work environment, facilitate EHS meetings, and ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in EHS field in Engineer/Specialist/Generalist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an action-oriented EHS mindset for all team members.
• Facilitate or participate in EHS meetings and training sessions.
• Develop, manage, and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as an innovative EHS resource supporting regulatory and cultural issues.
• Lead continuous improvement in EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Participate in or lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure required EHS training is completed and records maintained.
