Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s EHS program to achieve year-over-year injury reductions.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and JSA to identify hazards.
• Serve as primary site contact for regulatory inspections and follow-up.
• Coordinate training and EHS documentation to ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve safety and environmental controls.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with visible leadership and coaching.
