Job summary

Advanced Recycling Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety programs across our US locations. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring policies to ensure OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance while promoting a strong safety culture.

You will conduct trainings, audits, incident investigations, and partner with operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards across locations including Hazard Communication, LOTO, Forklift certification, Machine Guarding, PPE programs.
• Maintain EPA and state environmental compliance (Stormwater, SPCC, universal/hazardous waste, air emissions).
• Conduct facility inspections and develop EHS policies for operations.
• Lead safety training programs and toolbox talks; coach employees on safe work practices.
• Maintain OSHA logs and reportable events; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure site-specific EHS rules.
• Support regulatory inspections and environmental reporting.
