Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment Health and Safety Manager to drive safety excellence across operations in the United States. You will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain safe, reliable services.

Responsibilities include RAMS assessments, incident investigations, updating procedures, conducting safety training, and leading safety meetings with stakeholders across sites. Must travel across the US as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven Health & Safety experience with RAMS.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RAMS, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update health & safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
