Job summary

INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness in Benicia, CA seeks an experienced EHS Safety Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs supporting safe production operations. You will lead incident investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections to drive continuous safety improvements across shifts.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with a focus on GMP/SOP.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA/Cal/OSHA regulations and audits.
• Ability to lead root-cause investigations and CAPA.
• Strong documentation and training delivery skills.
• Experience in GMP, SOP, and SSOP environments.
• Proven track record in safety program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for production operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits and inspections of production areas.
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor daily production activities for safety adherence.
• Partner with departments to mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and risk assessments for new processes.
• Develop and deliver EHS training across the site.
• Maintain EHS records for regulatory audits.
• Support regulatory inspections and safety culture improvements.
