Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Corporate EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across locations. You will partner with operations and leadership to advance safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and proactive EHS execution while reducing workplace risk and supporting continuous improvement.

The role focuses on developing policies, coordinating audits, incident investigations, and training, with travel to multiple Missouri sites and other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• OSHA, DOT, and local environmental regulations knowledge.
• Safety risk assessment and hazard control in manufacturing, warehouse, office, and fleet environments.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements for workplace programs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Professional communication with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Analytical and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking or compliance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a corporate EHS resource to ensure consistent program implementation.
• Partner with Operations and site leadership to promote safe work practices and continuous improvement.
• Develop and update EHS policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS, DOT, training, inspection, and regulatory records.
• Prepare EHS metrics and reports for leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS and DOT compliance training.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and communicate with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state agencies.
• Support environmental compliance activities for manufacturing facilities.
• Recommend resources and actions to reduce risk and strengthen performance.
• Support workers’ compensation claim processes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
