Job summary

Radiant, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of EHS programs across its multi-site operations. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities teams to embed safety and regulatory compliance into daily operations while leading program ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, safety engineering, industrial engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Experience building, developing, and implementing EHS strategies and programs.
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA / Cal-OSHA, fire safety, hazardous materials management, and environmental compliance.
• Comfortable as primary EHS owner in a lean, fast-moving organization.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to embed EHS in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Radiant's EHS strategy and implementation roadmap based on regulatory compliance and risk.
• Lead Radiant through next phase of EHS and operational maturity.
• Ensure OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance, inspections, regulatory correspondence, record-keeping, and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs (IIPP, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety, Hot Work, Contractor Safety).
• Lead safety trainings for the organization.
• Define PPE requirements, conduct hazard assessments, and ensure proper selection and use.
• Own emergency preparedness programs including EAPs, drills, and coordination.
• Partner with facilities on fire suppression, alarms, detection systems.
• Track EHS metrics and drive risk reduction.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Mitigate manufacturing/operations risk with engineering and admin controls.
• Evaluate EHS risk for new processes and equipment installations.
• Maintain regular shop-floor presence to identify hazards and improve.
