Job summary

Hexagon Agility in Salisbury, NC seeks an EHS Coordinator to lead environmental, health, safety, and security initiatives at our facilities. The role focuses on driving a zero-incident culture and advancing sustainability while complying with regulations and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will coordinate training, manage emergency response, conduct investigations, and interface with agencies. Associates degree and 1–2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field and /or experience in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• 1-2 years’ experience writing reports, documenting incidents, correcting violations and provide employee training / preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate computer knowledge / Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental, Health, Safety, and security of facilities to align with regulations and processes.
• Drive a zero-incident culture and advance environmental sustainability.
• Maintain EHS programs and processes that meet regulatory requirements.
• Interface with regulatory agencies on EHS matters.
• Develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Provide technical and regulatory guidance for chemical handling and hazardous waste programs.
• Manage Emergency Plan and Emergency Response Team.
• Conduct Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
• Maintain inspection programs and track corrective actions to closure.
• Assist in development of departmental policies and safety training.
• Conduct facility audits and inspections.
