The ideal candidate has hands-on EHS leadership, proven project delivery, and strong collaboration across multiple levels of management to drive improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, environmental science, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years manufacturing experience.
• 4–6 years EHS experience.
• 1–3 years regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years teamwork and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS, Engineering, Facilities to plan site KPI progress.
• Lead safety training and awareness programs.
• Oversee EHS management system audits and inspections.
• Develop and manage EHS budget and cost savings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permit reporting.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Manage waste streams and hazardous waste.
