Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to ensure facility compliance with corporate EHS standards and regulatory requirements. This hands‑on leadership role will drive safety training, audits, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in EHS within manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams while managing budgets and driving sustainable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, environmental science or management.
• 4–6 years in a manufacturing environment with EHS responsibility.
• Experience with federal, state and local regulations applicable to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor site EHS plans and KPI progress with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead safety committees and safety training programs to raise awareness.
• Oversee audits, compliance reporting, and government inspections.
• Develop and manage the EHS budget and related improvement initiatives.
