Baker Manufacturing Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead, develop, and manage our EHS programs across manufacturing, foundry, and warehouse operations in Wisconsin. This role is hands-on and requires close collaboration with plant leadership to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

The EHS Manager will oversee training, incident investigations, regulatory filings, and continuous improvement, traveling as needed across Wisconsin facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or foundry environments strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and environmental regulations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve company-wide EHS programs, policies, and practices.
• Serve as primary EHS resource for facilities and advise leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and local regulations.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and regulatory filings.
• Lead investigations of injuries and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Track EHS metrics and report to leadership.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees.
• Coordinate with departments on safety expectations and compliance.
